Our Sustainable Productivity Course Is Now Live!
Do you feel like you’re working hard but not getting everything done? Have you been close to burnout recently?
If you identify with the above questions, then you’re not alone.
The good news is that there is a way to be highly productive and not collapse in a heap of stress and exhaustion.
This approach is called Sustainable Productivity, and it’s the culmination of ten years of research by a high-flying ex-Googler, Connor Swenson, who learnt the hard way.
After a series of swift promotions whilst working for the tech giant Connor found himself physically and mentally exhausted. He realised he needed to find a more sustainable way to work that didn’t come at a cost to his health.
So he took time off to read, take courses, find mentors, and experiment with different productivity tips and techniques.
Connor has condensed all of this experience into an approach he calls Sustainable Productivity, and now he’s ready to share them in his new course.
What does this course cover?
Over six chapters and thirty-eight bite-sized lessons, you will learn the six principles of Sustainable Productivity:
1. How To Prioritise
2. How To Focus Your Attention
3. How To Sustain Your Energy Levels
4. How To Manage Stress
5. How To Develop The Right Mindset
6. How to Rest Properly
For each principle, Connor and friends will introduce you to a range of practical tools you can start using straight away, including time-blocking, the Pomodoro technique, the Eisenhower matrix, and various breathing techniques, amongst others.
You’ll also learn the difference between chronic and acute stress, how your stress cycle works, the three pillars of energy, why multitasking is a fool's game, and much more.
